1. General Terms of Sale

These general terms of sale apply to all orders placed on the AnNoor Art website. By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these terms.

2. Products and Prices

  • Products are described and presented as accurately as possible.
  • Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and may be changed at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
  • All photographs sold are original works in limited edition, numbered and signed by the artist. Purchasing a work only grants a private, personal, and non-commercial use right. Any reproduction or commercial use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
  • Each print is produced on professional photographic paper, ensuring faithful color and detail reproduction, and designed to last up to 40 years in light and 80 years in storage.

3. Order and Payment

  • Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of available products.
  • Payment is made at the time of the order using the payment methods offered on the site.
  • The order is confirmed after payment validation.
  • All payments are secured via Shopify; banking information is never stored by AnNoor Art. It is encrypted and processed by Shopify to ensure transaction security.

4. Delivery

  • Prints are made to order in our professional partner labs.
  • Indicative delivery times:
    • Metropolitan France: 2–4 business days after production
    • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days after production
    • EU: 3–7 business days after production
    • Outside EU (excluding UK): 5–14 business days depending on the country and customs procedures
  • For certain shipments, customs fees and local taxes may apply, borne by the customer.
  • It is possible to ship the print to a different address if specified during the order.

5. Customization

  • Prints are not customizable by default.
  • However, for any special request, please contact us: we will assess whether the desired format is feasible based on the original image and provide a personalized quote.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay penalties.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Prints must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except if the print is damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days following receipt and verification of the returned product.

8. Damaged or Defective Print

If your print arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Send photos of the print and packaging.
  3. We will arrange a free replacement, including shipping.
  4. If you prefer a refund, it will be issued after receipt and verification of the returned print.

9. Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.

11. Modification of Terms

AnNoor Art reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect on the date of the order.

12. Intellectual Property

  • Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation without authorization is prohibited.
  • Any commercial or public use (exhibition, catalog, digital communication, social media) requires prior written authorization.
