Each print is made to order with care at our professional partner labs

• Production: 2–5 business days
• Shipping France: 2–4 business days after production
• Shipping UK: 1–3 business days after production
• Shipping EU: 3–7 business days after production
• Shipping outside EU (excluding UK): 5–14 business days depending on customs

Each AnNoor Art print is produced on C‑Print Crystal Matt or Satine paper, a high-end photographic medium, ensuring faithful color and detail reproduction.

The print is designed to last up to 40 years in light, 80 years in storage, ensuring color and material longevity

Each artwork is handled with the utmost care. Your print is rolled into a protective tube and wrapped in recyclable and biodegradable materials, ensuring it arrives intact.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your print:

• Avoid direct sunlight
• Keep in moderate temperature and humidity
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth

Your print is made to order and shipped by our partner within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel until delivery.

International orders are also supported.
If you wish, your print can be shipped to a different address. Please provide the exact address
when placing your order

At the moment, we do not offer customization.
However, you are welcome to contact us with a special request.

We will assess whether your desired format can be achieved based on the original image and provide a personalized quote.
Depending on the destination, a custom framing option may also be available.

Please do not hesitate to reach out — we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs fees and/or local taxes may apply.
These costs are borne by the customer.

In accordance with the law, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt.

• The print must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition
• Upon receipt and verification, we will issue a full refund, minus return shipping costs, except in case of defect

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except if the print is damaged or defective upon receipt.

If your print arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us within 7 days
2. Send photos of the print and packaging
3. We will arrange a free replacement, shipping included
   
   If you prefer a refund, we will proceed after receipt and verification of the returned print
